indicate any notes such as "At"/"Near" a particular place/Apartment number/District/Additional information

5. Please let us know if you wish to receive a Gift Package
Thanks to the Gift Package function in the extended shopping cart or check-out, you can compose as many gift packages as you like. Just follow a few simple steps:
Open the "Gift Package" option and choose the items
Choose the complete package (consisting of Charmebox, tissue paper with our logo, refined closing ribbon and personalised card at only €3.50) or just a greeting card (cost €1.50).
Enter the name of the sender followed by the name of the recipient of the package
Write the text of the card: 180 characters are available (the name of the sender and the addressee will be auto-completed by the system using the information you have just provided)
Check the information provided and click on the "CONFIRM" button at the end of the composition to save your choices
If you have more than one item in your cart that was not included in the first package, you can add another package by clicking on "Gift Package" and following the procedure again.
Please note that some products cannot be placed in the gift package due to their size.
The shipping address will be unique, it is not possible to send packages to more than one address. No copy of the order will be placed inside the gift packages, but you will still receive the order summary by email.
Is it possible to have more than one gift package? Yes, it is possible to create a gift package for each product placed in the shopping cart, customising it with the name of the recipient and a card.
What does the eCharme Gift Package look like? It is prepared by our team in the warehouse by using the refined CharmeBox, a black SoftTouch box personalised with a logo. The products are wrapped and placed inside black tissue paper, also to prevent them from being damaged, the Greeting Card is placed on top of the product so that whoever opens the gift will immediately find the message for him/her. A ribbon with a black or white bow is attached to the box, again personalised with our logo.
Is it possible to have just the greeting card? Yes, every gift package includes a greeting card, but you can also select the card only option at only €1.50 and write your own message.
How much does the Gift Package service cost? Each gift package's price is €3.50 and consists of a CharmeBox, tissue paper, personalised greeting card and ribbon with a bow.
Will the gift package include the order receipt? No, but if you would like to receive a receipt and/or invoice inside the gift package, please contact Customer Service and tell them your order number and your request to include the receipt and/or invoice in your order.

Well, in case you couldn't find the right present, we would suggest you giving a Gift Card! You can choose a gift card value of €25,€50 or €100 and whoever receives it will be able to choose their gift among over 10.000 items.

Quando guadagno?
Dal tuo pannello utente, nella sezione invita un amico, vedrai crescere il tuo saldo trascorsi 14 giorni dalla spedizione dell'ordine di ogni amico invitato.
Come posso spendere i soldi guadagnati?
Verrà scontato il 10% del totale del tuo carrello fino a esaurimento del credito da te accumulato. Se non esaurissi il credito in un solo ordine, il credito rimanente ti verrà detratto sugli ordini successivi.
Lo sconto ottenuto viene automaticamente applicato al carrello?
Si, non sono necessari coupon o azioni da parte tua o dell'amico.
Ci sono dei limiti o delle scadenze?
Il credito da te accumulato dovrà essere utilizzato entro 60 giorni dalla mail di conferma in cui ti informiamo che un amico ha finalizzato il suo ordine con successo. Il credito non è cumulabile con altri codici sconto.
Riceverò delle mail di notifica?
Si, se hai attivato le notifiche email nel tuo pannello utente, riceverai una mail:
dopo 14 giorni, ovvero quando l'ordine dell'amico invitato verrà convalidato nei nostri stistemi
10 giorni prima della scadenza del credito
qunado il credito sarà scaduto
