Return Requests

Our return policy is very easy: you can send us a return request for your item within 15 working days from the day when you received the package.

You will just have to follow the procedure written here below:

Please enter your order number or the tracking number

Click on START THE RETURN PROCESS

Select the products you would like to return

Click on “NEXT STEP”

Indicate the return reason by choosing between the available options

Click on “NEXT STEP”

Make sure that the data you entered are correct and complete

Click on “RETURN”

Upload one or more images of the items you wish to return by clicking on “Choose file”

Click on “NEXT STEP”

Check the information and type a message, just in case you need to provide us with additional information before clicking on “CONFIRM THE RETURN”

Once you conclude the procedure you will receive a confirmation email from us.

We will keep you posted on the status of your request.

Information about the returns: if you no longer wish to keep the item, you will have to include the original box and packaging, the item must be intact in all its part. We will not allow you to return the item in the event that you already used it and it does not come with any clear manufacturing defect.

Starting from 13th of June, came into effect the updated laws of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree No. 206/2005) introduced by Legislative Decree 21/2014 in transposition of Directive 2011/83/UE.

We will not allow you to return the item in the event that you already used it and it does not come with any clear manufacturing defect.

All shipping charges will be covered by ECHARME Srl*, and in the case you decide to be refunded, you can expect to get your money back with 14 working days from the date when the courier company receives the package.

Last but not least, we would like to inform you that we are able to guarantee free return service by arranging the collection of the item, for one time only.
In case of collection failure, you will have to bear the cost of the return shipment by sending the goods back on your own to this address with a carrier of your choice:

As soon as we receive the item, we will either proceed with the refund, replacement or directly transfer the amount back to your eCharme account.
Alternatively, only if you decide either to be refunded or to have the money credited to your eCharme account, we can arrange the collection of the item for the second time. The cost of this service it will be automatically deducted from the refund amount.
